Reliquia Jewellery offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced items, ensuring your new heirloom-inspired pieces are exactly what you desired. We accept returns for store credit or refunds on eligible items that remain unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewellery in its original Reliquia pouch and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
